- 👀 The headings in ToC can serve as a
tl;dr
of each section
đź’Â Work Philosophy: Prioritise deep work, plan ahead, maintain well-being, and get motivation from autonomy & growth.
- Deep Work Focus: Immersion in pivotal tasks.
- Planning Approach: Strategy and foresight.
- Well-being Perspective: Balance and pacing.
- Open Sharing: Little work/life separation in communication.
- Motivation: Learning, autonomy, and measurable outcomes.
📧 Communication Style: Asynchronous like work, infused with tell culture.
- Personal Communication: Tell Culture. In terms of the Ask-Guess-Tell culture spectrum, I aim to be more Tell Culture. This means I will ask when I want something even if I think hearing a “no” is more likely than hearing a “yes”. I will also interpret other’s communication as suggestions and say "no" if what’s suggested doesn’t work for me.
- Consistent Platforms: I prefer to decide on communication tools and stick to them. Usually, it’s best to have one tool for all types of communication (e.g. Slack). If not that, then one toiol for IMs and another for longer/structured messages.
